These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of www.studioneutralskincare.com and the purchase of products from Studio Neutral (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Studio Neutral operates in accordance with Irish and European Union consumer protection law.

2. Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts

3. Products

All Studio Neutral products are cosmetic products formulated in accordance with:

• EU Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009
• UK Cosmetic Regulations (where applicable)

Products are intended for external use only.

They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, ingredient lists, and pricing are accurate. However, we do not warrant that all content is error-free.

4. Orders & Contract Formation

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

After placing an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt. This does not constitute acceptance of your order.

A legally binding contract is formed only when your order has been dispatched and you receive shipping confirmation.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including but not limited to cases involving:

• Pricing errors
• Suspected fraud
• Product availability issues

If your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Euros (EUR) unless otherwise stated.

Prices include VAT where applicable.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time prior to order confirmation.

Payment must be made in full at checkout via approved payment methods.

6. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Studio Neutral is not liable for delays caused by:

• Shipping carriers
• Customs clearance
• Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to the address provided.

7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing at:

Returned goods must be:

• Unopened
• Unused
• In original condition
• Returned within 14 days of notifying us

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened cosmetic products cannot be returned unless faulty.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

8. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Under Irish and EU law, consumers are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for goods that are defective or not as described.

9. Product Use & Skin Sensitivity

You are responsible for:

• Reviewing ingredient lists prior to use
• Conducting a patch test
• Discontinuing use if irritation occurs

Individual skin responses vary. Studio Neutral shall not be liable for adverse reactions resulting from misuse or known sensitivities.
